The Hello Disc™ is suitable for all cervical heights (simply adjust the strap as required).
The loop can be adjusted in 4 ways:
Tucked - The tabs are tucked under the disc so they are out of the way. Best for a low or average cervix and for sex/playtime.
Dropped - The tab is "free" and drops down loosely. Best for a high cervix or for those who have problems with reach/grip.
Flipped - The lower loop is looped through the upper loop from behind. Best for an average cervix or if you don't know the height of your cervix.
Cut off - The second loop is cut off. We do not recommend cutting off the entire loop! Best for a low cervix or for people who find the strap uncomfortable.
