Terms of service
For the legally binding terms of service, please read the German AGBs. We’ve done our best to translate this document, but cannot be held responsible if our translation differs slightly from the original German version.

2. Completion of the Sales Contract:
The completion of the sales contract only comes into effect when you send us the information requested by pressing the “Confirm your order" button and finalising payment.
On the website where this button appears, all the information you entered will be summarised again and you will be given the opportunity to correct it.
A log of your order will be received and stored by us and you will receive confirmation by email immediately after your order is placed.
1. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
Shipping within Germany on orders under 100€ costs 5€. For all other countries in the EU, regardless of order amount, shipping is a flat rate of 12,00€.
Shipping to Switzerland is a flat rate of 20€, and does not include any extra fees, such as import taxes, which the customer may incur.

You will be informed of all applicable shipping costs before finalizing your order.
2. Ordering and Shipping outside the EU & Switzerland
If you would like to place an order and have it shipped outside the EU, please contact us by email. We will then calculate the shipping costs to your area.
3. Safe and discreet Shipping
All orders are shipped using DHL with insurance and tracking number. After your order is dispatched, we will provide you with your tracking information.
Every order is packaged in a discreet unmarked box, with a return address that doesn't state the store's name. For orders sent within the EU, the contents of the box are not identified on the outside packaging.
For orders shipped outside of the EU (including Switzerland), customs require an itemized list of the package's contents. We try to be as discreet as possible, and usually refer to the contents as simply “novelties,” “book,” “massager,” or other general terms.
4. Delivery Time
Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment, usually within 2 business days or less. Shipping within Germany usually takes between 1-3 business days. International shipping times vary. .
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1. Right of withdrawal for online customers
If you've ordered something online, you can change or cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. If your goods haven't yet been shipped to you, all we need is a written statement of the cancellation (for example, by letter or email.) You can also use the cancellation letter provided here. If you have already received the goods, then their return within the withdrawal period is sufficient notice of cancellation.

Note that products which have been unsealed or damaged are not returnable for reasons of health and hygiene. (§ 312g II No. 3 BGB).
2. Your duties after withdrawal: returning goods
Upon exercising your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the goods and bear the cost of the returned package. If the delivered goods are not those that you ordered, you are not responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Defective products
If the product you ordered is defective, you can return it under the warranty rights of the Civil Code (§§ 437 ff BGB).
If your vibrator is defective within the warranty period, you can exchange the defective product for a replacement of the same item with proof of purchase.
But before you send anything back to us, please try these quick troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure that the batteries are properly inserted.
- Try using brand new batteries.
- Tighten the cap firmly.
- Make sure your vibrator isn't locked. Read the instruction booklet for how to unlock your motor.
- Press the '-' or '+' button a few seconds longer.
- Carefully read through the manufacturer's instruction booklet.
If none of these steps work, please call us or send us an email before you return the product. If we find that the returned product is not actually broken, we will send it to you back, at your expense.
