Terms of service
For the legally binding terms of service, please read the German AGBs. We’ve done our best to translate this document, but cannot be held responsible if our translation differs slightly from the original German version.

2. Completion of the Sales Contract:
The completion of the sales contract only comes into effect when you send us the information requested by pressing the “Confirm your order" button and finalising payment.
On the website where this button appears, all the information you entered will be summarised again and you will be given the opportunity to correct it.
A log of your order will be received and stored by us and you will receive confirmation by email immediately after your order is placed.
Shipping:
1. Shipping Costs
All prices quoted include the statutory value added tax. In addition, the following shipping costs apply:
- For deliveries within Germany, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €4.90. Shipping is free for purchases over €100.
- For deliveries to all other EU countries, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €14.90. Shipping is free for purchases over €250.
- For deliveries to Switzerland and Great Britain, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €19.90. This does not include any extra costs such as customs duties and import taxes, which may apply under certain circumstances.
- During your online purchase you will be informed by us about your individual shipping costs ahead of time before finalising the purchase contract.
2. Ordering and Shipping outside the EU, UK & Switzerland
If you would like to place an order and have it shipped outside the EU, please contact us by email. We will then calculate the shipping costs to your area.
3. Safe and discreet Shipping
All orders are shipped using DHL with insurance and tracking number.
Every order is packaged in a discreet unmarked box, with a return address that doesn't state the store's name (sender is "ON Kollektiv").
For orders sent within the EU, the contents of the box are not identified on the outside packaging.
For orders shipped outside of the EU (including UK and Switzerland), customs require an itemized list of the package's contents. We try to be as discreet as possible, and usually refer to the contents as simply “novelties,” “book,” “massager,” or other general terms.
4. Delivery Time
Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment, usually within 3 business days or less. Shipping within Germany usually takes between 1-3 business days. International shipping times vary.
Right of withdrawal:
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods in accordance with the return policy
below. All you have to do is send us your revocation in “text form”
(e.g. letter or e-mail) without giving reasons. If the goods have
already been sent to you, it is also sufficient to return them to us. To
comply with the withdrawal period, the timely sending of the withdrawal
or the goods counts.
If, contrary to expectations, we have made a mistake and the goods delivered are not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange an exchange. Please do not open sealed products!
Return policies:
1. return of sealed products (e.g. sex toys, strap-ons, underpants, safer sex products, etc.):
For
reasons of health protection/hygiene, it is not possible to return or
exchange products that came sealed and whose seal has been removed or
damaged (§ 312g II No. 3 BGB).
Please note that we strictly
adhere to this rule for the protection of all our customers and we will
not make any exceptions! This rule does not apply to the exchange of
defective products within the warranty period (see below).
2. return of unsealed products and chest binders:
Unsealed products and binders can be returned in as-new condition within 14 days of receipt at your own expense.
Unsealed products and binders that show signs of damage, stains or other signs of use
cannot be returned. Therefore, when trying on binders, make sure that
you do not leave any traces of deodorant or damage the tags. Binders can
only be returned if they have clearly not been worn or washed!
3. return shipment
If
you wish to cancel your purchase in accordance with the above
guidelines and we have already shipped your order, you are responsible
for covering the costs of returning the goods. Please enclose your order
number in the package and let us know whether you would like an
exchange or a refund.

4. Defective products
If
one of our products is defective, you are entitled to the warranty
rights of the German Civil Code (§§ 437 ff BGB). Please contact us in
this case so that we can help you.
If a vibrator purchased from
us should break within the warranty period of 2 years despite proper
use, you can exchange the defective product for a replacement of the
same product upon presentation of the proof of purchase.
Before you return a vibrator or other motorized toy to us as defective, try these “First Aid Tips”:
- Read the instructions carefully and make sure you are using the product according to its intended use.
- Press and hold the power button (often “+”) for a few seconds more.
- Make sure that the travel lock is deactivated. Read the instructions to find out how to release the travel lock.
- Make sure that the product is sufficiently charged. It is often
necessary to insert the charging cable a little more firmly at first to
establish proper contact.
- For battery-operated products: Make
sure the batteries are inserted correctly and try again with new
batteries if necessary. Close the cap tightly enough (but not too
tightly!) so that it is in the correct position.
If none of this helps, please call us or send us an email before you send the product
back to us. If, after checking the product you have returned, we find
that it is not faulty, we may charge for the return shipping costs.
