TransTape is a gender-affirming, body-friendly adhesive tape used for chest binding, tucking, and packing.
TransTape is made from a blend of 95% cotton and 5% spandex with a hypoallergenic medical grade acrylic adhesive that is latex free and non-medicated. It is available in 4 different matte skin tones.
Both waterproof and sweatproof, TransTape is suitable for day-to-day wear and even more vigorous activities such as swimming or working out. Intended for multiple-day use, when applied correctly it can be worn on average around 5 days depending on your level of activity and how often you are showering. Wearers of TransTape are encouraged to give the skin time to breathe in between uses.
We carry rolls in two different sizes:
Medium: 10,16 cm, recommended for any body with a B-C cup size.
Large: 12,7 cm, recommended for any body with a D+ cup size.
Rolls are 5m in length and can last for 1-3 months depending on activity level, chest size and how often you need to change your tape. Average use will typically last 2 months.
How to useTransTape
We always include an English/German manual with your delivery. Additionally, we strongly recommend that you refer to the resources and user manuals on TransTape’s own website:

Tucking
TransTape are currently working on video tutorials and diagrams for people who use TransTape to tuck. We will provide a link as soon as these are available.
Similar to binding, it is recommended that users wear a “guard”, such as a pantyliner, so that none of the adhesive gets in contact with the sensitive parts of their genitals. There are many general instructive videos available online but we advise users to approach tucking with TransTape with extra care. As far as we’re aware, TransTape’s adhesive is stronger than other tapes used for tucking, so users should be aware that removing it - e.g. for urination - might be more difficult.
Please note: Improper use of TransTape can cause adverse short- and long-term side effects. To make the process as safe as possible, the tape has to be applied and removed correctly. Please read all instructions before application or contact us for more information. TransTape should not be used on broken or open skin. Doing so may cause additional irritation, blisters, and open sores which could lead to infection if not properly treated. TransTape should never be fully wrapped around the torso. Rare but possible signs of rib deformity include shortness of breath, chest pain, or abnormal breathing. Please cease use and contact your physician if you experience any of these symptoms.
