Dieser praktische Workshop widmet sich dem Erlernen des japanischen Bondage (Shibari), egal ob du ein*e absolute*r Anfänger*in bist oder bereits etwas Erfahrung hast. Mit einem freundlichen, nicht-hierarchischen Ansatz passen wir den Umfang und die Tiefe der behandelten Themen an die Bedürfnisse und die Geschwindigkeit der Gruppe an.

Egal was passiert, du lernst einige grundlegende Knoten und Techniken, so dass du nach dem Workshop selbstständig fesseln kannst. Du kannst kreativ sein und Spaß haben; wir kümmern uns um die Technik, das Material, die Sicherheit und einige strukturelle Aspekte.

Vielfalt aller Art ist in diesem Workshop nicht nur willkommen, sondern ein wesentlicher Teil davon!

An Antidote ist ein:e Künstler:in, die mit japanischer Bondage, Video, Performance, Installation und Sound arbeitet, meist unter dem Kollektiv. Aktiv in der Förderung von polyamorösen, queeren und kinky/sex-positiven Lebensstilen als respektvolle Optionen, integriert An einen sozial gerechten Ansatz in Ans künstlerische Produktion und Lehre. Seit 2011 unterrichtet An japanische Bondage (Shibari) und lernt seit 2009.

This hands-on workshop is dedicated to getting you doing Japanese bondage (shibari), whether you're an absolute beginner or already have some experience. With a friendly, non-hierarchical approach, we will try to adapt the scope and depth of topics covered to meet the needs and speed of the group, within the limits of the online format. No matter what, you'll learn some basic knots and techniques so that you can tie independently well after the workshop is over. You get to be creative and have fun; we'll look after the technicalities, material, safety and some structural considerations.

Diversity of all kinds is not only welcome in this workshop, but a fundamental part of it!

Ann Antidote is an artist working with Japanese bondage, video, performance, installation and sound, mostly in collective temporary autonomous zones. Active in the promotion of polyamorous, queer and kinky/sex-positive lifestyles as options worthy of respect, she integrates a social justice approach into her artistic production and teaching. She has taught Japanese bondage (shibari) since 2011, and has been learning it avidly since 2009.
