Do It (with) Yourself: a celebration of masturbation!
We can all use a little masturbation inspiration once in a while!
Not sure what all the fuss is about when it comes to getting yourself off – or if you even can? Been making yourself come for years but it’s starting to feel a little... routine? Or perhaps you sometimes experience some unpleasant feelings, such as embarrassment, shame or anxiety, when you touch yourself or have sexual fantasies.
In this workshop, we’ll learn about sexual anatomy (including the brain!) and how to dial up our solo-sex pleasure. We’ll take a look at the stigma around masturbation, and share some tools for unlearning sex-negative messages. You’ll leave with ideas and inspiration for adding variety to your repertoire and taking me-time to the next level.
