Exploring Jealousy 2: My Jealousy Tool Kit
While Exploring Jealousy 1 offered some first steps in getting to know jealousy, this second workshop will focus on practical tools. You've already explored your jealousy a bit, and you know roughly what it‘s made up of? Great! Then you're in the perfect place.
This workshop gives you the opportunity to try out various methods and tricks, focussing on how to deal with the big categories of fear, sadness, anger, and physical reactions to jealousy.
Together we‘ll create a jealousy lab, where you can explore, experiment, and exchange. By trying out different tools, alone or with others, you can start to find out what approach best suits you and what can support you in moments of possible "crisis".
Throughout the workshop there will be the opportunity to share experiences in conversation with others. As you can explore some of the tools for yourself individually, though, there is no obligation to open up if you don't want to.
