1) Use the main category menu bar to browse our products. Select a category, and you’ll be directed to a list with all the products in that category, including short descriptions.
2) To narrow your selection, use the “categories”, “manufacturer”, and “price” options on the left-hand side of the screen.
3) Add items to your shopping cart directly from the main list, or click on “more info” to see full product descriptions.
4) The full product description allows you to select colour, size, and other product variables where applicable.
5) View your shopping cart in the top right corner of the page. You can remove items from your cart by clicking on the “x” next to the product.
6) When you’re ready to check out, click on the ‘checkout’ button at the bottom of your shopping cart. From the checkout page, you can also change quantities and remove items.
7) Review your order, and if you’d like to proceed, follow the easy 5-step process:
Step 1: Review your order, adjust quantities if necessary, and enter your voucher code if applicable. Proceed to checkout.
Step 2: If you don’t have an account with us, you can create one. If you already have an account, you can login. If you don’t want an account, you can checkout without registering. In this case, please fill in all the required fields and then proceed to checkout.
Step 3: Review your shipping and billing address. And leave us a comment if you’d like! Proceed to checkout.
Step 4: Chose between the shipping and pick up option (further info below) and review the costs, if applicable. Indicate if you’d like your order gift wrapped. Read and agree to our Terms of Service. Proceed to checkout.
Step 5: Review your full order and choose your payment method.
> If you select “bank transfer”, you will be directed to another page to confirm your order. Using the bank details provided, please transfer your order payment manually. If we do not receive your payment within 5 business days, you will receive an email reminder. Your order is not complete and will not be shipped until we receive your payment.
> If you select “card or PayPal”, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. If you have a PayPal account, you can sign in to complete your payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay by credit card using the PayPal system. Just follow the instructions.
After we receive your payment, your order will be processed and dispatched. We’ll do our best to get you your order as quickly as possible. Our usual processing time is 1-2 business days (current operating days are Monday - Thursday).
If your order and payment are both received before 3pm on Thursday, we'll ship your oder that day. Otherwise it'll leave the shop the following Monday.

You can choose between shipping via DHL and Pick Up, which means you pick the order up yourself at the shop door during our business hours (Monday - Thursday, 12 - 5 pm). We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready to be picked up.

If you would like to place an order and have it shipped outside the EU, please contact us by email at shop[at]other-nature.de. We will then calculate the shipping costs to your area.
4. Safe and discreet Shipping
All orders are shipped using DHL with insurance and tracking number. After your order is dispatched, we will provide you with your tracking information.
Every order is packaged in a discreet unmarked box, with a return address that doesn't state the store's name. For orders sent within the EU, the contents of the box are not identified on the outside packaging.
For orders shipped outside of the EU (including Switzerland), customs require an itemized list of the package's contents. We try to be as discreet as possible, and usually refer to the contents as simply “novelties,” “book,” “massager,” or other general terms.
5. Delivery Time
Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment, usually within 2 business days or less. Shipping within Germany usually takes between 1-3 business days. International shipping times vary.

1. Right of withdrawal for online customers
If you've ordered something online, you can change or cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. If your goods haven't yet been shipped to you, all we need is a written statement of the cancellation (for example, by letter or email.) You can also use the cancellation letter provided here. If you have already received the goods, then their return within the withdrawal period is sufficient notice of cancellation.

Chest Binder Returns:
Binders IN NEW CONDITION may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
When you try your binder on to see if it fits, please be sure that you do not leave deodorant marks or damage the binder in any way.
Binders must be returned only if they have not been worn or washed. Your return will not be accepted if the binder is stained or damaged.
Unless the binder is defective or the delivered binder is not the one you ordered, please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. Your duties after withdrawal: returning goods
Upon exercising your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the goods and bear the cost of the returned package. If the delivered goods are not those that you ordered, you are not responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Defective products
If the product you ordered is defective, you can return it under the warranty rights of the Civil Code (§§ 437 ff BGB).
If your vibrator is defective within the warranty period, you can exchange the defective product for a replacement of the same item with proof of purchase.
