Who is Lady Velvet Steel?

With close to 20 years in the industry, Lady Velvet Steel is a sex worker, dungeon owner, porn producer, and peer coordinator who centres and uplifts sex workers in all they do. As a kink educator and speaker, she uses her experience to advocate for rights, safety, and empowerment while fostering inclusivity within the adult industry and beyond.

Her work explores the intersections of kink, sexworkers rights and power dynamics. She is known for her direct and practical approach to BDSM, blending elements of powerplay, social solidarity and kink acceptance into her practice. As an advocate for sex-positive culture and the rights of sex workers, she uses her platform to challenge stigma and open meaningful conversations about sexuality, power, and whoredom. As the owner of a progressive Berlin Dungeon her teams efforts have continued to push the boundaries of sex work, BDSM and even porn.
