The Lily Cup is the next generation of menstrual cup! Collecting rather than absorbing your menstrual flow, these cups don't mess with your vaginal pH or cause dryness. Reusable for years, menstrual cups are a truly environmentally-friendly option in menstrual care.
The Lily Cup Compact is made of super-soft, light-weight 100% medical-grade silicone, and is available in two sizes.
The Lily Cup Compact is the world's first collapsible cup. It's perfect for light to medium flow, and can offer up to 10 hours of non-stop protection. If you have a heavier flow you can still use it, but you may need to empty it more frequently. The Lily Cup Compact is a shorter cup so it’s great for people with a lower cervix (shorter vaginal canal). Its unique ribbing ensures that the cup stays rigid when in use, and when you're not using it, you can fold the cup in on itself and store it in a handy little case (included).
Choosing a cup size:
Size is mainly determined by anatomy, childbearing history, and pelvic floor strength. Since bodies change over time, you may need to change cup sizes at some point.
Size A is generally recommended if you have never given birth vaginally, have given birth by Caesarean, or have strong pelvic floor muscles.
Size B is generally recommended if you have given birth vaginally or have weaker pelvic floor muscles.
Lily Cups are designed for maximum comfort and should not be felt when worn. If
you feel any discomfort, you may need to change your size:
• If you are using a size A and feel that your cup is not securely collecting your menstrual flow and/or if you experience continual spotting, try changing to size B.
• If you are using a size B and find it difficult to insert and/or feel any discomfort during use, try changing to size A.
Available in sizes A (smaller/light pink) and B (larger/dark pink)
